Scope
This policy describes how HexaF Innovations LLC handles information submitted through this website. It does not govern information exchanged under a separate contract, nondisclosure agreement, research protocol, or secure data-transfer process.
Information we receive
The inquiry form may collect your name, organization, professional email, selected team or application, use-case context, opportunity information, timeline, engagement preference and message. A fixed website entry-point label may accompany an inquiry. These fields are submitted with the inquiry; they are not a browsing history. Basic server logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp for security and reliability.
How information is used
HexaF uses submitted information to evaluate and respond to inquiries, route opportunities, maintain business records, protect the website, and improve website performance. HexaF does not sell inquiry information to advertisers.
Sensitive information
Do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled technical data, protected health information, sensitive personal records, passwords, or proprietary data that requires a secure transfer method.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, email, security, analytics, or business-system providers may process limited information on HexaF’s behalf. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, legal obligations, security, and business records.

You may request correction or deletion of inquiry information, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements, by contacting info@hexaf.io.

Form protection and local copies
The protected inquiry uses a necessary, short-lived HttpOnly cookie and a request token to prevent cross-site submissions and abuse. WordPress may temporarily store keyed network-address digests and timestamps for rate limiting; inquiry messages are not saved by this theme in the public website directory or WordPress database. “Save a copy” creates a file on your device only. WordPress passes submitted briefs to its configured email service; acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. Hosting and separately installed plugins may have their own logging or retention settings.
